1. About these terms

These terms govern your access to and use of the Reo Training website, learning platform, courses and related services provided by Reo Power Solutions Pvt. Ltd. By creating an account, purchasing a course or using our services, you agree to these terms.

If you use Reo Training on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organisation.

2. Accounts and eligibility

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account.
• Accounts and course access are personal and may not be shared, transferred or resold.
• Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Courses and access

Course descriptions, learning outcomes and access periods are shown on the relevant course or checkout page. We may improve, reorganise or update course material to keep it useful and accurate, provided this does not materially reduce the course you purchased.

Completion of a course does not guarantee employment, certification by a third party, a particular project outcome or financial results. You remain responsible for applying the material safely and in accordance with applicable professional standards and laws.

4. Payments, taxes and refunds

Prices and accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. You agree to pay the stated price and any applicable taxes. Currency conversion charges or bank fees may be applied by your payment provider.

Eligible course purchases may be cancelled under our 7-Day Refund Policy. That policy forms part of these terms.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not copy, record, scrape, distribute, sell or publicly share course materials except where we give written permission.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, interfere with the platform or gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content or use the service to harm others.
• Do not use our name, logos or materials in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without permission.

6. Intellectual property

Reo Training and its licensors own the website, course videos, text, graphics, downloads, assessments, trademarks and other learning materials. Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the materials for your own learning during the stated access period. It does not transfer ownership to you.

7. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or end access if you materially breach these terms, misuse the service, fail to pay an amount due or create a security or legal risk. Where appropriate, we will give you notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should continue—including intellectual property, liability and dispute provisions—remain in effect after access ends.

8. Service availability and liability

We work to keep Reo Training available and accurate, but the service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security or circumstances outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any liability that can lawfully be limited will be limited to the amount you paid for the affected service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts with jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live are not affected.

We may update these terms when our services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised version here and update the date above. Material changes will apply prospectively and, where required, we will provide additional notice.
